B2B Demand Gen Manager

Our go-to-market team is growing fast! We’re looking for a dynamic Demand Gen manager to help us reach our target audiences in strategic and creative ways. As a core member of our growing marketing team, the Demand Gen manager will own the planning, execution, and reporting of all lead gen campaigns, working closely with sales and partnerships to generate new business. The ideal candidate is well-versed in proven marketing tactics and channels, but will bring an innovative approach to B2B demand generation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across a variety of channels to drive marketing leads, deals, and customers
  • Work with our small but mighty marketing team to set and track clear goals that align with key business objectives
  • Develop creative, out-of-the-box ideas for reaching our audience—from our open-source community to decision-makers
  • Manage marketing automation tooling and lead lifecycle (Hubspot) to streamline processes and measurement
  • Maintain a close relationship with sales squads, keeping them in the loop about all campaigns and supporting them with ABM campaigns
  • Support partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with partnerships

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B demand gen experience
  • Experience marketing to cybersecurity, DevOps, or developer audiences
  • Success running B2B demand generation programs from idea to completion and reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred)
  • A goal-oriented, decisive, and entrepreneurial attitude with a penchant for taking risks and seeking out high-impact opportunities
  • Articulate, organized, yet creative communicator able to distill complex concepts into clear value propositions
  • Be a team player with the ability to wear many hats while meeting deadlines and keeping priorities
